It is. I stood and watched him for 15 mins as he did it in my last game that I just left about 20 mins ago. Did you ever figure out how he did it? There has to be more to it than just dropping an RE on the ground... Mybe in a specific location that made the re go out of bounds from the map and register damage everywhere? Ripper, where did you find it to work at? OP, where was he standing when he did this? I am a little reluctant to share hacks, glitches on a public forum where everyone can potentially abuse them. But this was on the manus peak map. I didn't have alot of time last night to search for spots on other maps. Delete Minmatar from the game.
