Does it get anymore OP? Yes, yes it does. Why is it ok for a RR/CR/ScR to melt through 700+ armour from 9 meters away?
1. RR is terrible in CQC 2. ScR has overheat 3. Combat rifle and other projectiles is so bad against shields that you probably wont live long enough to get to the armor
BAR on the other hand is good at killing armor and shield. A little too good. |

It does more DPS to armor than a rail rifle, it had the longest range out of the assault rifle, damage is easily applied due to slow ROF. |

While the Breach AR may only have an 36* round clip, the SCR (without AmAssault) overheats at about 18 rounds, and the seize time is similar to the reload time. Then there's the Combat Rifle, which (without the MinAssault) only fires 18 bursts.

The CR and ACR both work fine vs shields especially with the high RoF and nearly no kick. The AR and BAR both share a optimal with the HMG which is the CQC King, what the hell is the point of the AR if it can't do well in CQC?
What game do you play? the Bar optimal is near 50.
with RR kick you can't even kill a AFK player 10m in front of you. ARR is ok. CR and ACR heave terrible hit detection with shields especially the ACR. The Burst CR is just terrible with the fact even a little bit of lag and your DPS goes way down to a point where my grandma's cane has higher DPS. ScR is good where it is at. AR needs buff. TAC AR is good, burst IDK but breach is definitely OP. |

If the only reason you say these weapons are UP or even balanced is because of lag, then what happens when the servers aren't laggy? Edit:And how much shield can anybody get? 500? (excluding the Caldari sentinel)
Till this day I have never had problem with melting through peoples armor with a AR, or melting through shields with a RR even though non of those weapons have bonus toward that. Except the CR, hit detection vs shields with a CR is sooooooo bad, it's not even the fact that CR is bad, it is just that Hit detection is so bad I find my self running out of bullets before I have even gotten through the shields of a moderately shield tanked suits.

You lose anyway, Shields take no damage to projectiles 40% of the time.

when I saw milliseconds I mean milliseconds. BTW, Combat Rifle? Are you Serious? Get out of here. Come back when you actually start playing Dust. Taking down shield with a CR is like trying to cut a tree with a butter knife.
