true but breach AR arnt that powerful .. they are strong but when you couple them with a L5 gal assault with their ROF bonus or gal commando with damage bonus it can wreck face.. but its no more different then LR or SCR on amarr commando or assault

burst is broken atm its not doing the dps its supposed to nor the stats its supposed to. aka itll get better
