Nobody jumps to FOTM immediately. People went into scouts after they saw other people doing good with it. Also the main reason ACR is used is because how low fittings are. It is easier to fit than an SMG. I use it on some suits where I can't fit the breach. It's not bad but it isn't good and feels UP.

Nah bro, don't try to defend your stupid Caldari scout. 68 bullets from a ACR will barley dent the 453 shields. I have Caldari scout and I approve of this. |

I have pro ARs and I not only take the basic over the BrAR I take an advance RR over both.

I have it but only use it to sneak in obj to drop links otherwise you'll catch me using amaar scout, min ass, or amaar heavy. The cal scout doesn't have much versatility and that's it's downside it is only good for stealth.
edit: It needs a cpu buff |
