It makes even easier work of scouts. If you like the gun, it's certainly worth the SP, IMO. |

Get the rapid reload up with some proficiency & its a beast.
Leadfoots right, its a good **** you to scouts, especially the Assault variant.

Works good against Amarr and Gal Heavies, decent against Minmatar, and least effective against Caldari.

Should be the contrary.
The Amarr T2 suit effectually should have increased Explosive damage resistance as its Amarr's T2 primary resistances statistic.

Surprisingly, I'm horrible with that thing. I barely get enemies to half shields, and kill myself more often than not.
I'm better with the Plasma Cannon. Love that thing. |

Used to suck with it as well, would only fit it to act stupid with. Put it on my commando to clear out choke point where enemies were grouping up. Worked out great. |

I'm also a long time PLC lover, but recently I've been having a helluva time exploding everything with a Galmando using the PLC and MD. I'm really bad for the game's frame rate in that fit...

Maxed out MD > maxed out Amarr heavy
The reason is that with the MD, you have a native bonus to armor as is, without factoring in skills. This gives it the edge.

It's not designed to be effective vs shields. Flux, then MD for the win.

All I'm suggesting is instead of that stupid rail bonus that doesn't make sense......
And in addition to that splash damage bonus armour explosive resistance bonus instead of hybrid rail.
