Ok, I admit that i did make it sound like I have a problem with scouts. I don't. I said scouts because that's typically who is using them. Otherwise I have no problems with scouts.
As far as what suits I run, I have:
Full proto min logi
Full proto min assault
Full proto min commando
Full proto min sentinel
Full proto amarr sentinel
Soon to be full proto min scout
I'm not new to the game, I'm not against scouts, I always run with a squad and I'm sick of Damn remotes.
We regularly clear rooms packed with heavies without dropping a single remote.

If you're an alt, and can prove it, I'll think otherwise. You do make a valid point however, Scouts and REs go together as commonly as Thales and the Redline. As someone who regularly runs Assaults, Heavies are a pain in the arse to kill. I either have to rely on them being idiots, another Heavy on my side, or an RE/Knifer/Shotty Scout. On my Scout alt, I hate heavies so counter with the REs/Knives/Shotty. On my Heavy (not maxed) on this char I hate scouts so counter by using my eyes, not rolling with a massive group of heavies and logis, and avoiding bottlenecks.
