That quote is in regards to the Assault Rail Rifle.

The Hawk does not use an Assault Rail Rifle.

First of let me just list the fit that was reworked:

2x Basic Shield Extenders
2x Basic Prescion Mods
1x Basic Range Amplifier
1x Basic Profile Dampner

State Rail Rifle
Bolt Pistol

Basic Cloak Field
Basic Active Scanner

First of the actual modules used are ok however the weapons and equipment I feel is wrong. The fact that a rail rifle is used is just annoying, I know you said you wanted the suit to not be OP but having a rail rifle on a scout used to be effective, a 0.6 charge time and crazy Hipfire is not what a scout should be using at all. I'd say the ARR is the only thing closest and racially correct to put on it however that is definetely still subpar when compared to the shotgun, combat rifle and scrambler rifle used on the other APEX scouts. My proposal? Give it the Assault Rifle, it's a average weapon and is actually racially correct as both caldari and Gallente use hybrid weapons. The bolt pistol is nice and so is the cloak but on to my next gripe. That active scanner is the most useless thing ever. The 46Db means the only thing you'll be scanning are sentinels and a sentinel with lv 5 profile dampening skill can dodge it. Either the basic active scanner gets a buff to scan things at 40 Db or just remove it, it's useless, especially on a scout with the highest scan range and 2 prescion mods. Again I know the suits are not meant to be OP but the cal scout is by far the weakest of all the APEX suits. Just give it the AR and a better secondary equipment (even hives) or buff the basic active scanner as to where I can actually pick up enemies.
