Here is a how I act when playing Dust.
Get killed - it's my fault for letting them kill me
Scout instablaps me - My fault
Proto Heavy with wall of logis kill me - my fault for being stupid enough to engage.
I kill someone else - their fault they died.
Accidental suicide - My fault for a terrible locus throw
Stole a kill - Not really my fault as I was just trying the help a guy out.
Spawnkilled - My fault for spawning there
Trapped by HAV - my fault for not seeing that thing come up and trap me.
RE frisbee kills me - My fault for not getting away fast enough

I wish more people acted like this...
