No they aren't.
I've yet to see a Matari school that included Citizenship 101 and Theology in its curriculum.

When I can easily point to novels and evelopedia articles about how popular the Mind-Clash is among caldari. I was under the impression racing was primarily an Amarrian thing. Blood sports and Mindclash always seemed more of less the staples of Caldari entertainment.

So our schools are a little decrepit. So our books are a little outdated. So our teachers are what some might call "mostly drunk". Despite these things our welding program is the best in New Eden. Our culinary schools however...not good.
