Nobody. It's November. I see that there's a bit of forum trolling going on here to the tune of "CPM2" threads, but some general advice I'd deliver to anyone serious is to make sure that you don't jump the gun. Frankly that just makes you look like you jump into decisions without enough information. Knowing if you're without a doubt going to have the time and energy to take on an unpaid second job from 8 to 10 months out reliably should be essentially impossible.

Got a good laugh out of this thread.
I'd only consider running if CCP put a "Help Wanted: Blunt Ass Required" on the premise of the election.
