My line is not the best, but CCP you actually don't give a **** about a broken game mechanic. How much time does it have to pass to fix this ****?
There is no counter. Flux? > immune till they reach their position Explosives weapons? > immune till they reach their position Scan? > invisible till they reach their position

As much as I hate heavy spam, there is a problem in the coding, and it needs to be fixed.
To fix heavy spam, I think heavies need a slight HP nerf, and spawn time nerf. With your connection probably you see RE in the same position where people drop them. With my connection i see RE in a place, then they magically teleport a few meters away from their original position. |

If i scan immediatly after someone drop a equipment, i will not see the equipment in my scan, tried a lot of times. |

If JLAVs remain the most viable means of anti vehicle ordinance in the game and I have to tolerate that...you certainly can tolerate this. Ps. RE is and should be like that. Effective versus vehicles but also as good versus infiantry. Sentiniels are running everywhere. I dunno why they gave them any kind of resistaces. I have no problems with traps, RE should one shot like they do. I have problems with teleporting traps. I have problems with nanohives which can resupply RE (why can't i resupply my uplinks with a nano?)
