Hi guys,
To start off I play everyday and know dust very very well. I have spend into the thousands on Aurum as avery loyal player.
Hi i payed 58,000 aurum for apex suit it costs 10,000,000 isk. I tried to sell it today just to see how much its worth and only 20,000 isk is this serious or an error or what. I think therrs somethin wrong with vendor prices on selling bpos as the prices cost sooo much to buy and u literally get nothing at all back when selling like 2% please fix I mean since Arum is real money you should consider paying way higher vendor prices on all Aur items. So a Apex dropsuit costs 10,000,000 Isk and to sell only worth 20,000 isk is that not only like 2% of the market price??? Seems kind of scammy to me and I bet other players are saying the exact same thing.
Dust what the heck are yous doing i had well over 750,000 sp i played a battle and then after checking my sp went down to 420,000 sp so are you now taking away my sp every battle i play my account now say minus 168,000 sp wtf i should have well over 750,000 sp. I am getting very frustrated as a everyday player that spends thousands on aurum. I was also very dissapointed to buy a apex proto suit for it to have all basic gear wtf. Who in their right mind wants a proto suit with beat malitia gear on it. Refund my aurum for my purchase of the apex suit on my charecter jett it the second. I expect a fast reply this is BS. Also fix my skill points i want it all back and reset my boosters as i cant even play while there running due to your sp problems and also isk issues how is my apex suit on worth 20,000 isk on market when it costs 58,000 aurum wtf. Please hurry or i am done with this crap. Spend so much on ur game and i always get ripped off by you and i have had enough of it!
Dont mean to be rude but please fix this. Also you looked into delaying the cloak/shotgun which was great but you overlooked a bigger issue with remote and proximity bombs. Ur lucky to get 5 or 6 kills off a warbage strike that costs 5000wp and a single remote bomb can take out seven heavys at once i ve seen it myself. Thats like portable warbage strikes even better. You really need to cut the damage biggg time on those all this from a everyday player like myself should be accepted as valid info and your stats will say the same. Also whats with nova knives slashing me from head on over 10 meters away? I really wanna see dust evolve and will continue to spend thousands but my account needs fixing for one as well as many things i mentioned here as well.
Now i just realized the active boosters stacked i have three 1.5 active boosters which equals x2.5 i know that but after my last battle i noticed i got 3,368sp and that times 2.5 equals 8,420 for my booster sp but the problem is i only received 5,052sp for my boosters. Now with that being said you owe me a bunch more of sp on top of the 750,000 missing sp from my account cause i always use active boosters and since patch 1.9 they do not work properly like i explained.
Please just right your wrongs give your players the sp they were suppose to get from using boosters but never did. This is all simple math guys please get it right im kinda sick of having to check all of this for you. Long live dust! |

Tks for your answers, i just have that gut feeling dust will never give me back what they toook away which sucks cause it cost me real money and lots of it. Once again i paid for dusts errors.

I also find it funny i contacted support before i made this post and they gave me this forum page to posts my errors and issues now ur saying to contact them again after they told me come here?? Lol wow. |

This particular board, The Council Chamber, is for reaching the CPM (like myself). We're players who advise CCP on issues, but we cannot provide remedies ourselves. The proper avenue for issues with AUR purchases is definitely a help ticket.
The issues with game balance is definitely suited for forum discussion though, and not help tickets.
