All passive scans are shared within squads. Not just scouts, but Assaults and Heavies as well.
The difference is that scouts scans are so much more powerful that they are the most noticeable.
Only active scanners are shared with the team, and even then it is not all of them

I think the answer is a bit more complicated then any answer you are given
I think there are 2 cases
If you are in a team then only your team mates can see the scan
If you are not in a team then everyone NOT in a team can see your scan
I do see scan results NOT from an active scanner when I go solo
As for active scanners , I think blues within the scan range can see the reds. |

As for active scanners I think the rule that determines whether blues can see it is blues inside the scan range can see it but the ones outside cannot see it. I have played a long time.
I mostly play solo.
I have never once noticed seeing a shared passive scan from someone if I was not in a squad.
Now, there is a Line of Sight portion where even if you don't literally see someone yourself, if they are within your field of view they will show up even if they are out of range of your scans. Perhaps that is what you are seeing.
Otherwise there is quite the consensus that shared passives are only shared within squads.

my game is buggy and it keeps crashing, Sometime I am in a tank I cannot damage an enemy supply depot even if drive up right next to and shoot at for a minute It is common for me to see an enemy nanohive through a wall even in ambush were there are no vehicles |

If that doesn't work, there is the Technical Support and Bugs section or you can submit a ticket directly with CCP

As for active scanners I think the rule that determines whether blues can see it is blues inside the scan range can see it but the ones outside cannot see it. The first step to understanding how scanning works is to make sure you understand the difference between "Squad" and "Team" because getting those two terms confused will make it difficult to understand the rest of the explanation.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
