Only active scanners are shared with the team, and even then it is not all of them

I think there are 2 cases
If you are in a team then only your team mates can see the scan
If you are not in a team then everyone NOT in a team can see your scan
I do see scan results NOT from an active scanner when I go solo
As for active scanners I think the rule that determines whether blues can see it
is blues inside the scan range can see it but the ones outside cannot see it.
I have played a long time.
I mostly play solo.
I have never once noticed seeing a shared passive scan from someone if I was not in a squad.
Now, there is a Line of Sight portion where even if you don't literally see someone yourself, if they are within your field of view they will show up even if they are out of range of your scans. Perhaps that is what you are seeing.
Otherwise there is quite the consensus that shared passives are only shared within squads.

It is common for me to see an enemy nanohive through a wall even in ambush were there are no vehicles
You may have to delete and reinstall.
