Since 1.9 dropped there has been a surprising dearth of posts by our well respected friend Mr. CCP Rattati.
This I find rather disheartening as prior to 1.9 there were blue tags aplenty; a quick quip, an in depth explanation or a major hotfix discussion were a common occurrence on these forums. And we all praised Rattati for his forthrightness with the community and the transparency he brought to CCP.
Now it feels a bit too like the times of CCP BR (Before Rattati).
I'll be the first to grant Rattati the benefit of the doubt; I am sure he is still there plugging away and pulling his hair out.
But please Mr. CCP Rattati, don't be gone long. We the hyper obsessive community of Dusties are desperate for updates.

he was around alot actualy like 2 days ago, i think at the moment hes just a little upset over the backlash of those godawful apex suits if he hasnt been on.
i need to figure out who called them fisherprice suits. cause thats more fitting than clown/banana suits.
anyway really ugly suits cames out and everyone went nutz over how ugly and immersion breaking they were.

CPM has been opinion gathering from 'actual' pilots and rattati has done a little bit of talking with true adamance and others on the forums. So yes they have been talking to 'actual pilots' albeit through a filter.
There are a lot of very charged issues, where people (like myself) often end up yelling at ccp for what we perceive to be idiotic changes (and some are) but balance is an iterative process. By being filtered through the CPM a lot of the negativity goes away. If you're actually sincere about some of the stuff you want to talk to cpm about, get them into a squad with you sometime.
If you act like a **** while one is in squad, you deserve to be ignored. If you act like a rational human being in your methods of exchanging information and ideas you can put forward some very frank ideas, opinions and talk about potential 'pain' points.
I highly recommend IWS or Cross Atu.

When CCP Rattati gets quiet, usually that means he's busy working on goodies. Of course it's fun to interact with him, but it's even more fun to enjoy the fruits of his labors.
