I've pretty much replaced my RR with my magsec, its just more useful. Can we change the cal assault bonus to decrease charge time and kick of the RR? Not ridiculously just to the point where it would actually be more useful than my side arm.

Should apply to ALL rail weapons, not just the RR. I can live with that. Just don't include the Nova Knives. I don't think NK count as rail weapons anyway

Pretty sure they are either Neutral or Kinetic. One of those. Kinetic, though that wouldn't really matter unless there were more knives.
