No it's not. Your opinion is a disgrace to the human race, now change it. Idiots.
Its one of the horrid things that has been birthed from the spread of ultrademocracy. Everyone thinks that they are just as important as everyone esle, and therefore their opinions are too. When in reality, neither is true. Most people are unimportant, myself included, and their opinions are not fact, and therefor not important.
If you want your opinion to become important, become smart, so that your opinion is actually the truth. Then you will become important as well.

Language is fluid and it changes. What you are speaking right now wasn't proper English 200 years ago. New words are added and some words die off. Ever said the word "shant". That word was popular less than 100 years ago. Now no one says it now, because we all agreed that it was super gay sounding.

No, that is broken logic.
If you read Advocate Magazine..maybe. Saying magazine...no.
The word gay is being used more now as a synonym for lame or uncool. Even though this slow deviation is hatefully rooted, the word will probably completely change meaning in a matter of years. Eventually the word will have nothing to do with homosexuals.
So I'm glad you know the word used to mean happy. That's a good example.
