Hello CPMs
On behalf of the community, I will award 25 million ISK to each CPM who escalates the issue of the 30 fitting cap in the dropsuit fittings screen, resulting in the raising of the cap:

Please push to have this number raised to 70 or higher, or investigate the reason why this is not possible. 100+ would be a dream come true. There will eventually be 40 Apex suits alone, which means that, under the current 30 fitting cap, a merc can't even equip all of them once they have been collected.
My subjective reasoning: I would like to purchase more BPO items, but have already reached my 30 fitting cap with a well-organized and refined line of fittings of my own design. I don't want to sacrifice my existing fittings by removing them in order to buy and fit new BPO. I will not buy new BPO until my fittings cap is raised because it doesn't make sense for me to do so, since I won't have space to equip them.

I respect the history of this controversy, however, with the new developments, mainly APEX dropsuits, this is becoming a pressing issue. I would still like to hear an official word from a CPM & CCP.

In my opinion, this request adds significant value to the game, as I will be able to add new content without trading off my existing content. New dropsuits are being released and I am currently ignoring them, since I would have to sacrifice my existing fittings. With the extension of the 30 fitting cap, I would be highly likely to purchase new content and enjoy the most up-to-date enhancements to dust.
If it were as simple as changing a constant field from 30 to 70 (or more), then I would say that this is a high priority for me as the issue is preventing me from fully experiencing the game without losing previous progress.
