I see more and more laser rifles in pubs ..This tickles my heart as I remember a time when there may have been as few as 10 of us to call lr our main weapon.

I remember days where I never saw a LR in battle in dust weeks strait even

For months my golden beam of death was the only one I ever saw..now I have lr users pull up beside me all the time killing side by side

I've had a 4 vs1 lr duel it was amazing and while none of said four killed me they certainly tryed..

Even though I have the LR BPO, I never found real reason to deploy it. Why? Because obvious bright laser in a battleground with dull colors paints the user a target, as opposed to the invisbullet RR. So you're the target of snipers, scouts, and RR's.

Now if the LR could receive dmg buffs of some sort, there would actually be a point to running one. After all, it does nearly inexistent damage upon the first second of firing.

that's why it pairs so well with a tanked Amarr Assault

More people are learning patience and how to properly overwatch so they can actually USE the LR properly.

And some of us long time LR users just kept making it look so good...

Prediction: Once they nerf the CR you'll see LR be FoTM for non scouts.
