DUST Search - Why is there no Assault Assault Rifle?

I've seen Cavani use the Duvolle and Allotek burst and he's pretty damn good with them and I've seen John ShepardIII wield the TAR a little while ago during the brief PE/FA war and nothing balance wise to the AR has changed since then.

I'll give you the few rare cases, but predominantly most players pref er scramblers and rails. Combat comes in close third, and if it's a gal rifle it's creadron breach or Duvolle AR. Tac rifles have the damage output, but they seem to fire differently from the scrambler. The scrambler is dependable as hell. With the TAR your taking your chances big time. 1 v 1 it is capable, but when your in a serious fight it's the last thing I want.
