This is utter bull****, and the only way I see this getting fixed is nerfing squads' size or the amount of full squads allowed per team. Something has to change.

We have two primary channels for communication with out militia
"PIE Ground Control" and "Amarr 1" both of which facilitate and aid in the process of forming organised squads to counter the Minmatar threat.
Matter of factly the Minmatar militia are a powerful group, however as soldiers of God we must unite to press and harry their gains and strike united against their districts.
Our very tenets teach us this.

Eh it's not that the Amarr are losing more of less so than they are winning, it to my understand is that with the exception of weekends the Amarr peak FW times where our district owner ship peaks throughout the regions and our FW teams run simply does not line up with the Minmatar organised TZ.

Fought a team of OSG Planetary last night with Cross Atu in it (who wrecked my Templar Fits.... but I came back and ruined his squads equipment spam with a Br ScP).
I've fought Q-Syncs of Fatal Absolution, EVOLUCION, Restlessspirits,New Age Outlaws, Ancient Exiles, Vengeance Unbound, etc.

It's not about "You" individually as a player.
If myself and 15 other players decided to actively group ourselves up to complete a task we will do it significantly better, fast, etc than one player. This is one of the fundamentals of FW , as it should be in Dust, and as it is in EVE. I can't go whining to CCP that the Minmatar militia scanned down my lone tormentor and dropped a half dozen fleeted frigates on me because its unfair.

I played only 4 matches today. Won all 4 in usual fashion too. Even in the lagfest. And I do it for pride and uplinks. APEX suits are simply a stupid idea.
If you are interested in squadding with any of the Amarr teams or syncing your own squads with us in PIE Ground Control or Amarr 1 please do shout out to us in those channels.
PCLAS has more new members than it ever has, our vets are coming back, and we'd really like to work with the rest of the militia to get back to our old levels of team work and quality.

M8 if it were fundamental they would have team deploy.. now they may add team deploy, but until they do it is just exploitation of the MM system and the low FW pop.
