I too want to run more prototype, but proto-saturation removes consequences from the ecosystem; and that is worthy of heavy consideration before any decisions are made.

Well it shouldn't be, but it actually is. The only playstyle in Dust is PVP. In Eve PVP is one of many playstyles, but for most nowhere near profitable. Most PVPers have alts or side jobs that fund their habits. In Dust we just have droves of passive players that wait for that match where there is no recognizable corp or player on the other team. We actually have a fairly open recruitment policy because we like the game and want others to enjoy it.
