How may times has this happened to you...
You are in a squad of 6 people. Two of them are dropping uplinks in locations you can trust because they are not semi-sentient blueberries. Unfortunately, a handful of blueberries discovered how to add uplinks to their frontline starter fitting and are now plopping them all over the damn map.
You can't differentiate between team uplinks and squad uplinks. You select a blueberry's uplink that happens to be under an overhanging piece of geometry, you can't move, redberry promptly dispatches you, you punch a hole through yet another TV.
THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY!
Proposal: change the color of squad uplinks to that squad teal-ish color. Team uplinks remain the normal blueberry-blue.
This does not restrict where anyone can spawn. You simply know which uplinks can be trusted.
This also ensures those precious WP's generated from spawns are being earned by your fellow squadmate.
