Breach ScP is my jam I love it!
I genuinely use it instead of my Imperial Viziam Specialist ScR to kill Sentinels.

It's great. And it's the only ScP that's worth using. Leave it alone.
Take out all forms of scans and you'll see how great Dust can be.
Scrubs will cry, good players will love it.

There isn't a sidearm that relatively blows armor so fast, and shields are even weaker... don't say the BP does, because it takes far more time for a BP to kill a 700ahp gal assault than a breach ScP to wreck a Caldari assault shield tanked with 600sHP, which takes less than 4 shots out of 6, mainly because of breach ScP's RoF and CQC accuracy (or whatever it's called) superiority; the more viable damage profile and the 50-60 more damage of the BP, don't compensate these.

The Breach Scrambler Pistol is a wonderful weapon to deal with shield tanking suits. Not so much for armor tanking. Seems perfectly balanced to me.

The BP's fire rate is barely noticeable compared to the Breach ScP, only having about a 15 point difference. Those two suits you just lined up will both die in three to four shots to the weapons you listed. The only real advantages of the Breach is the headshot multiplier, which allows it to do over 600 damage to shield suits for a headshot, the hipfire accuracy and the clip size, which is far higher than the BP. That hipfire isn't even going to generally do you any good, as the weapons RoF are far too slow to win in gunfights without the headshots. The BP, on the other hand, has far greater range, a better sight to make aiming easy, and easily kills both armor and shield suits due to far superior damage per shot and less damage loss against shields (Even the basic BP does nearly 80 damage more than the Breach)
I'm not actually sure if this is a troll thread at this point, or if you just didn't stop to think about this before posting.
