Hey, Rattati
I have capped out at 30 dropsuit fittings in my fittings screen. Can I get some more fittings slots (at least 50 or 70) so that I can have a slot for my new BPO when I purchase it?
Or is there a technical reason why 30 must be the limit?
Thanks, kindly.

Liberate us from the 30 fitting cap and you will see the proceeds

Seriously, though, we need this. It is too easy to use up all 30 dropsuit fittings.

I have Aurum burning a hole in my pocket, but not enough dropsuit slots for fitting new BPO.

I have a strict way of organizing my suits in order to maximize equipment value, while separating functional jurisdictions. That alone utilizes 30 slots.
Now that we have additional fabulous Quafe, 'APEX' and merc pack BPOs, I am in an overflowing dropsuit fitting frenzy. Even without the BPOs, my closet was quite cramped. Many people have mentioned the need for more than 30 slots in the past, and there's no better time than the debut of the 'APEX' suits to bump our fittings cap. Collect them all :)

This problem will not go away by ignoring it. Why would I buy more BPO dropsuits if I don't even have enough space for them in my fittings?
Please acknowledge and address this issue..

@Rattati
I see that you have followed up on issues concerning character name changes, racial assignments and the like.
However, you have not yet responded to the issue of expanding our ability to utilize more dropsuits by raising the 30 fitting cap, which directly influences AUR market purchases and would further catalyze monetization.
I want to buy some Apex suits, but I don't have enough space, sir. May I have some more slots?

Objective A on Manus Peak is CORRECT! Congratulations! Riddle Sovled
I also order and classify my fittings by numbers, but I also include a name and the ISK price. Quick access dropsuits go at the top. Utility classes are lower down.

The riddles are for anyone to contribute and I'm sorry that they ended after my hiatus. I can make some more riddles, but I used to give away vast sums of ISK for solving riddles, which was part of the fun. I need to find another form of reward for solving riddles, as I have given over 200 mil ISK cheritably. Any ideas for riddle rewards would be welcome

During the 1.10 transition, it would be especially helpful to have more fittings slots as we figure out how to rebuild our dropsuits taking bandwidth into consideration.

C'mon, CCP! You just gotta give us this one.
With the release of 1.10, I'm having to delete my favorite fittings to make room for new 1.10 specific builds.

Yeah, if we're gonna be adding vX.1 BPO, etc. etc. etc. to our collections, then WE NEED MORE FITTINGS SLOTS, bro!
Is it possible, or not?
It is deeply annoying to have to delete my tried and true fittings in order to try out the latest and greatest, and then rebuild them later, ... and then delete them, and then rebuild them ad infinitum.

Thanks for looking up that reference.
Because awareness can fade, I have repeated regular reminders about this issue.
I continue to cycle through my fittings, deleting useful builds in favor of new experimental suits. It's annoying. How hard is it to change some code constant from 30 to 50 or 70? |

How hard is it to change some code constant from 30 to 50 or 70? They may feel that this is a "cheap" method of implementing more fittings. For all we know, they are developing a folder-like sorting system or a system where we can create hundreds of fittings, then select 30 to bring with us into a match. Pure speculation though. I don't think it has ever fallen off of CCP's radar... there is a new thread about this issue every 1.9s in Features and Ideas.
It's cool. I will let this thread die. It would be considerate of them to give a confirmation like, "we will work on it, but not right now", "It's on the back burner." or "No, you must suffer". Any communication concerning their intentions would be welcome. Peace |
