So, I haven't gotten around to checking these out, but from seeing the prices of the BPOs I can safely assume that New Players will seriously never be able to get these. Most new players will probably quit before they have a chance to really try FW and plenty of them will not want to spend the money for Items in a game where they are just being demolished constantly.
Also from looking at module layouts, I personally would rather use a standard level suit that I could customize and restock for 5k-15k then pay $30 or waste a ton of time in FW to get a suit that looks nice, but I can't adjust to my play style, even though I have dropped probably close to $200-$300 into this game.

The low slot config n the min logi makes it quite a squishy suit. i would always sacrifice a little speed for extra hp and hp regen when fitting options are limited. Fitting an armor plate and an armor repair instead of two ferroscale would give me better regen (i have the repair tool so can't depend on others to have it) and higher hp. The kin cat would offset the speed reduction when sprinting and straffing.
The min commando is even more disappointing. Running swarms and md at the same time makes you very vulnerable and reduces the flexibility of the suit. I always run my Commandos with one rifle and one situational weapon so if the situation doesn't fit, you still have your rifle to add to the team's anti-infantry capability (which is always useful regardless of the situation) and you can always defend yourself and your team regardless of the situation. I might try the dual situational to see if it works well in game. Also was not impressed that the min commando did not run two damage mods. Commandos are about damage.
And to this, I actually run one of my Min commandos with Swarms and MD with dual damage mods and it works great and then the rest of my commandos run purely their Racial weapons (e.g. Min Commando: Combat Rifle and Mass Driver, Gal Commando: AR and Shotgun/PC, etc.). So in the end each of my commandos might have major flaws, but they all do have a rifle for encounters, and a situational weapon to provide support.
