I am trying to gain support against the rebellious traitors. My signature was ment for those traitors. They seem to think that since I retired from being a General that I have gotten soft.This is not the case. I can be their friend or their enemy. All they have to do is pledge their allegiance and they shall never go hungry again. Those who rebel, shall starve. Supply lines cut. Planets bombarded. While these methods are effective, attacking their future... their children.. will prevent these traitors from spreading blasphemous ideas to future gerations. Future generations of generals will thank me for making their job that much easier.
I am looking to end this war, no matter the cost. I am looking for an end-game. I am not interested in 1000 years of war, if I can end it in 20 by doing what it takes then the countless future lives I will save will outnumber the deaths.

That's and admirable goal Former General Ripper...... but is it not our moral obligation to the Minmatar to save them from the darkness of this cluster? Though perhaps you are right, a lesson in hardship is one well learned.
You are right that it is not our moral obligation. This my obligation is to my own personal mission of peace. I have been a general a long time. I have seen many subordinates die fighting for our empire. I will not let that be for nothing. I will not let all that we have fought for become meaningless. My obligation is to honor those who have died for the empire. My dream is that the children of our fallen heroes will never have to know war as we know it now.
