In comparison to the scrambler it is severely lacking in the magi zine capacity department?! Wanted to know what the community and CCP thought about this?

Didn't say it needed 45 rounds?! Definitely needs more rounds imo though. With the kick and shotty hit detection I don't think it would make that much of a difference.

When it had more rounds it also lacked competition in the rifle department.... or did we all forget that part? If I recall it was one of a class of the same, and only, rifle?!

They don't actually use it which is a testament to the fact that it is indeed trash, or atleast left to the hard core of us to use. You don't see Caldari grabbing it over any rail rifle do you? Minmatar aren't picking it up either. However, gallente are picking up every rifle in sight just to be effective?!
The Creadron breach actually gets the job done, but is after all a true CQC weapon. The long range variant suffers from traditional gallente weaponry hit detection issues, and low magizine capacity. In other words, or in a language slayers understand, it's not a fight finisher is it? When's the last time you've come up against a group of proto stompers rocking Duvolle tactical assault rifles?
At proto it can kill sure, but the advanced variant (GLU-5) suffers in the "effective rifle" category. RS-90's, SB-39's, and now the GB-9 are fiercely prevelent on the battlefield because they work! When a merc gets downed by a GK-13 or GLU-5 they go "what the ****?!!!".
The stats scream "use it", but in battle you're done before the weapon can perform against the rail and combat rifles?!
