I think I eat maybe five forge shots a week when I'm not in a vehicle. But usually if I get killed by a medium suit it means that I'm wounded (usually), distracted (trying to kill someone else), or they're one of the ones who know how to use the strafe glitching tricks properly (you thought scouts were the only ones?). most of the time in straight 1v1's it's HMG sentinels or getting surprise buttsex from a scout. True. But you still have the (somewhat) legitimate argument of "Well, duh you are only killed by Scouts or Sentinels! Sentinels are the only ones that can both take and do the damage necessary to drop you in close range while Scouts are able to sneak up on you." Of course, the question that could be raised then is "What the hell is the Assault supposed to counter if Sentinels and Scouts counter Sentinels and Scouts?"
Honestly I think I figured out how Rattati can change the HMGs without needing a damn client patch, and scouts need to lose the second equipment slot. they can be assassins, they can be eyes, or they can be frisbee tossing b*tches, but not all three at once.

It doesn't f**king MATTER, both of them are a PROBLEM that need to be FIXED. actually i find scout spam much more frequant and problematic then sentinels.. because sentinels are fat, slow and easy to kill if you know how..

I think that the hmg needs more dispersion and scouts need to be side arm only. This would make sents and scouts limited to short mid range leaving them as the hard counters for each other and give the assaults and commandos the real versatility they were meant to have.

heavys are balanced, people are just stupid and like to deepthroat that HMG.
ADS on HIGH sp characters with good skill and well fit ADS is godlike and a hellish time to even scratch as 80% resist vs swarms on shields.
ADS/DS are still effected by explosions/impacts too much even flaylock sends DS flying
AR needs a proficiency change from +shield to +armor to make them more worthwhile in CQB as only 1 of them is somewhat half decent atm.

If by balanced you mean lacking in creativity, viable fitting options, racial content, and meta level modules and turrets..... then yes.... balance for HAV is fan-damtastic.
