It was my understanding that cloaking now reduced your scan by 90% but also your profile by 90%? Is that correct? |

85% scan range reduction to be exact and the profile dampening offered by it is small.

I think it is broken. I'm running complex dampeners and have walked up to people cloaked from the back where they were not looking for a whole minute at minimum and then as I approach they swivel around to murder me roughly about 35 meters. It is as if I'm suddenly all over the radar. It keeps happening and it is very strange. |

The damp is 0, 5%, 10% Basic/Advanced/Proto. The only change with 1.9 is that when you are cloaked your Scan goes to hell.
A Caldari Scout with Precision Mods will see you when cloaked, assuming you are not Damped Gallente, or it could be a Gallente Logistics with a Scanner.

Lvl 5 Gallente and complex dampers. It keeps happening specifically when I cloak. People up to 50 meters away are snapping around as if I showed up on radar. It is happening during the transition into cloak. |
