I agree that it needs to be a bit higher but not double, 250,000 is fine, but 400,000 is a bit too much now.
your math is wrong. 100% devided bu 32 = 3.125 so there is no way that 99% of people in one match can run proto cause that would leave less than 1 merc running non proto. 1if 1 person didnt run proto ina a match nut evereyone else did it would equal 96.875% get your math right bro. |

I am a casual player and sitting on several hundreds of isk and I dont play planetery lagfest either. it isnt hard to get better and earn isk.
