All I can say is take all of the advice into account but more so what is your playstyle? As I told a few scouts you can get advice and fittings but some fittings won't work for you maybe fit a few suits the way a few here have mentioned then tweak them to your liking. But don't forget that these guys seem to be assault scouts (Something I don't approve but I turn into when need to) you can be a support scout that hacks.
I normally have a speed tanker with knives and 1-2 damps or switch a damp for a codebreaker for PC or if I need to hack an important objective quickly. Cloaks are cool but take up a lot of pg and cpu on Minjas so I RARELY run cloaks and as a minja I advise you don't use cloak and learn to pay attention to the tides of battle.. Know when you can protect and when to let an objective go I see a lot of fellow minja die to stupidity(Thinking they can fight 6-7 mercs of all roles)
Also since Minja don't have good ewar ability I say stack shields but I see some people run ewar and do well but.. a sniper,Scr,hmg,ar, etc will insta kill you I recommend a bit of shields for survivability also since you are a lv 1 min I recommend a flux nade as if your dps isn't high enough and helps knifing heavies a lot easier since most never turn around after flux. As a light weapon I recommend the CR/AR as they are more versatile and RE's as your equipment (Only as last resort if you can't knife or light weapon a person)
Try to avoid all other scouts other than another Minja unless it's a sure win as they can scan us and hide from us better than we can them even if you run ewar you have to be more careful than the other scouts that do as well..
AND THE #1 RULE OF MINJA WHICH I'M DISAPPOINTED AT THE OTHERS FOR NOT STATING *Glares at Parkour, Aria, Sinboto,Joel, and Gavr1lo* HONOR THOSE WITH KNIVES! Knife duels are dying out due to FOTM scrubs.. We need to protect our code of honor!
