This name might be taken idk but i want a one shot no lock on swarm launcher. You would have the same amount of individual swarms as the regular one bet with higher damage and a long recoil after each shot.

Basically, but caldari and better for AV.

No, Plasma Cannons are short range and have an arc. I believe the OP's asking for either an RPG or a Laser Guided SL. Personally, I believe RPGs should be the Matari AV weapon and all Swarms should be Laser Guided.
