That, and the fact that there's no reason to hold a district other than having your name on the board, It's not all about the ISK, I don't do PC's to earn ISK i do it to have fun and play in competitive games. It's something to do, you can build a corp around the concept of getting in PC and having great fights unlike those found in pubs. You can't build a corp around sitting in the mcc together because thats the way to earn monopoly money, no one wants to do that.
This, it's why I'm in a PvP corp in EVE... well also I can make rather kickass ISK/hr...

Top Men was in all honesty a casual group, that's why I went there then again Top Men wasn't Mr Consistency, one day we beat TP/DNS/SI the next we lose to KEQ, it's how we are...
