Not sure why but I feel like I put people down with the CR way faster than the RR. I have pro 5 in the RR and pro 3 in the CR. The CR has some serious rapid fire if you got fast fingers. |

DPS was higher, but RR range was what made it killer.
It was a more viable option all around, due to having similar DPS application at around 80m, as well as being able to be used in CQC.

Yes, yes it does. And even more rapid fire if you have an auto controller. Regardless -- the CR has always had insane damage. Even with the damage profile change any CR varient will melt all of my Caldari Sentinel's shields at an unbelievable rate. My Amarr assault has it worse.
Sadly my laser, HMG, and scrambler do not have that capability. |

The RR was never OP. Denying it doesn't shows complete bias. it's knowing that other weapons fit the status of being OP more so but was never mentioned because pubbies don't know what they're talking about.

Longest range rifle. High DPS. Automatic fire. Good/great stability/accuracy. Decent in CQC. High damage carryover from optimal to effective. I'm sorry but in my humble opinion that is OP is relation to other rifles that have...you know...weaknesses.
I try to respect the other side's opinion but I am unable to see it any differently with the data backing up my thoughts here. I am sorry that we are unable to compromise or find a middle ground on our two opinions. I await any further data supporting your perspective as I would like to be able to come to terms with it even if I might not agree with it. |
