How much evidence do you need? Scouts need to be hit by the hammer, not just the cloaks.
They are still the best slayer suits. Something that they should not be. This honor should be that of Assaults and Commandos. Same problem we had with the Logistics for the longest time.
Why are you drawing the FotM out so long when its a simple fix?

Actually, Sentinels with a heavy machine gun are the best slayers, according to the data provided by Rattati in this thread:

those numbers are from PC, not from the majority of the game. We KNEW PC was screwed up before, Rattati simply confirmed it

PC has always been touted as the zenith of competitive game play in DUST 514, in which everyone uses their best, most effective gear.
PC is regarded as the truest measure of competition in DUST, players playing at the highest level.
Rattati's data is quite appropriate for the point I made. The facts are undeniable.

Wait, are we going to beat scouts with hammers or not? I also would like to say, the 1.9 patch scared away a bunch of scouts and now the rest are easy to kill if you have a shotgun or a Kaal RR, not so much if you don't have those. My solution? Get rid of the cloak, I know it's harsh but it's the only way to eliminate cloaked scouts IMO

This honor should be reserved for the SKILLED player. Not to the one that just USES a specific suit.
Also, take into consideration that MANY scouts are old school players. Its funny that some people think that because they have 15-20 million and an assault suit they should be able to win 1 vs 1 ,100% of the time against people like me in a scout suit....with 40+million sp and a shi*ton of experience...
PS: People saying Ewar is the issue? I dont even have to Ewar anymore considering the amount of active scanners used XD Speed tanking is useless now.
So i have 2 types of scouts left. Dampened or tanked. Thanks CCP

Also, it requires me triple complex damps and a proto cloak active to not be perma scanned anymore. On a suit with three low slots. Your complaining is ridiculous. Reducing eWAR could be the most ridiculous suggestion Ive ever heard. We are scouts. We are not assaults or heavies. We don't have the HP of assaults or heavies. We don't have 8 slots and super weapon bonuses, nor do we have HMG's. We have eWAR.
Taking that away from us is like taking away the Sentinels Heavy weapon slot, or the Assaults slots and weapon bonuses.
"Minja" and "Masochist" are synonyms.

The higher the core skills/ gear level(basic/adv/proto), the less skill you need. If anything skilled players are anyone that can get more than 500+ wp with under level 3 in core skills. I kid you not that this game probably wouln't allow that, not enough at least.

I just genuinely cannot see why you feel Anti Vehicle weapons are worth of being nerfed as for the most part they function in their intended role of being high damage area denial and or vehicle destroying weapons.
More over I never thought I'd hear calls of "Nerf the Madrugar again" considering of the two hulls its significantly less efficiency and weak to 9 of the 11 anti vehicle options I can name off the top of my head while neither having the required PG to sustain and fit an array of high tier modules and turret like its counter part the Gunlogi which in its own right has issue relating to the distribution of utility modules and no barrel depression.

make the drop suit scan only see dots rather than the arrows that point out enemy direction. it slows down scouts from running a muck cause they can see everyones eyes

As vehicle users we simply just have to do better, its what we do, its what we did pre-1.7.
We HTFU and devise a better way to not lose our vehicle. It's the same for HAV and Dropships. We all have AV options and poor mechanics to watch out for, none of them are over powered enough to warrant a nerf however.

This is Scouts 514 brah... the cloaking system is obviously the office favorite and a feature that they apparently want to use for marketing.
Hell this patch saw our login avatars changed to SCOUTS ffs...
Otherwise they would have pulled it back out after seeing how it totally wrecked the playing field of classes.
I just hope they wake the hell up, Zipper did the same crap with Socom 4 and rode that fail ship right to the bottom.
They put their OMGWTFBBQ glasses on and added all kinds of features that broke the gameplay and the community shouted at them to the point of mass bans on the forums, and yet they carried on... that studio was shut down.
CCP is independent but they had better use this VALUABLE beta testing they are getting from the Ps3 community to balance these classes, otherwise Legion will fall flat on it's face.
As the PC community will rip them to shreds in reviews and walk thru's in a way we hardly see here on Dust 514.
CCP watched Zipper's MAG game very closely and even poached some talent from Zipper's team, so they should be VERY WELL AWARE OF ZIPPER'S MISTAKES.
2 of the 5 top weapons used in Planetary Conquest are shotguns bro... RE's will quickly jump into the top 5 soon as guys are getting 30+ kills vs elite players with them.
CCP needs to wake the f up and balance the scout before the class shreds the remainder of the playerbase they are depending on for Legion Beta Testing.

They are waiting till everyone respecs to them. Then they get nerfed so people buy respecs and the cycle continues. |

That and how people can just shoot at anything , it doesn't matter what weapon and your dead if your in range .
It just seems like anyone can put on that suit with minimum e-war skills and wreak .
The only thing that I could think of is change the profile of the suit like some have mentioned , it makes no sense that you can just put that suit on and be somewhat invisible with minimum e-war skills .
Thank you Rattati , the DEV crew and the CPM for getting the job of 1.9 done .
