Proper way to let us know that something is wrong with a patch note.
Weekly Skill Point Cap increased to 750,000. Something went wrong here, here is a link to more info.

This is not the way to get new players to stick around.
How much are omega boosters? How much would a new guy have to spend a week for 3?
And yeah total asshat move, the 750k cap increase was this patch's biggest feature.
But the thing is, while the booster stacking is an obvious AUR bait move, it would have at least greatly mitigated, and in my personal opinion basically balanced out, by the highly increased SP cap.
With the potential to earn almost a million SP a week even without any boosters would have allowed newer players a decent (in comparison to the old cap, at the very least) rate of skilling up to a more competitive level, while of course those willing to pay would have been doing so even faster, but it's not like that is exactly new in Dust.
Booster stacking without an increased cap at this point is a whole different ballgame entirely...
Have you considered installing the improved keyboard?

If they've changed their minds the best thing to do would be to keep it with the 750K cap for 30 days so that people that stacked boosters can get what they paid for.
Then change it back. It's really the only thing they can do at this point.

Over 60+ Million SP and full proto in all Caldari Suits. No matter how hard CCP tries Dust just won't die on PS3/Xbox.

LMAO Bpo suits girls with big boobs triple stacking boosters with fake 750,000 skill caps. some of you dudes are getting milked worse then the guy at the county fair thinking he can tip over the milk bottles that are bolted to the table if he just buys more baseballs. 1.9 patch seems to be a money grab. all i cared about as a player was new maps and fixing frame rate all that other stuff was fluff. |
