It's not really a players market as it's an NPC we're buying from and selling to. When it goes from player to player, then we'll have a players market.
Edit: but yeah, resale prices are low but I'm only rank 5 and haven't bought the holostripper yet.

ccp stated BPO prices would reflect that of the iten in its non BPO state basically.. so just hold on to your bpos for the legion migration so you can sell it or make use of it

I read somewhere that there might be some way of transferring BPO's between characters on the same account. I'm going to read further into that to say that there might be a way to trade items between players in the future.
Save your BPO's and you'll be able to sell them for millions when (if) that happens.
