A lack of slight movement immediately makes her feel alien and is subconsciously jarring. Something as simple as a slight shift in weight, glancing to the side, etc, would help immersion a lot. Nevermind if you make her breathe.... lol.

May I suggest a simple head tracking being possible? even if its a 'Virtual Interface' of the agent its one fo those things that the AI programmers would have thrown in to make the interfaces less uncanny.
