Look I have the drop suit to lvl 3 and the shields to 3 too. but I have problems set up the right suit for it .
My suit is a Caldari medium Frame C-I series
has 3 high slots and 2 low slots.
I need two fitting for it one a shields tanking
and a shields regen
Please my K/D is very low please some one help me

K/D doesn't mean much. You'll have a lot more fun playing when you're not worried about that. But if you really really want to pad your K/D then try this:
two complex Light Dam modifiers
one Complex Shield Extender
two basic armor modules
Your favorite Sniper Rifle.
go redline sniping.
A lot of people will hate you for this though.

I'm going to be blunt here. If this insanely high ISK payout continues, it's going to be really rough on the NPE. Proto stomps will no longer exist because the entire battlefield will be a constant proto stomp instead of just one team, both teams will be in their full proto suits.
How much SP do you have?

Hi,
My impression is that you don't have a lot of sp into skills so I'm going to recommend for maximum survivability and mobility:
high slots 3 shield extenders ( best you can fit)
low slots either ferroscale plate and a reactive plate or two ferroscale plates (again best you can fit)
Rail rifle
Bolt pistol
Compact nanohive (for armor regen)
Caldari are best at medium/ long range. Try not to get too close and MOVE dammit :)

As someone without Proto anything, and what must be a high Mu, I can confirm that. Every match today has been Blueberries and I vs. Proto Squads of Eternal Victory.
I'm getting a little tired of the team balancing expecting me to carry every match.

One complex should be good although 2 shield regulators means your shield will begin to recharge to moment you are out of combat.
I recommend a reactive plate an enhanced should be decent. Caldari already has a decent shield recharge rate so maximizing your life with extenders and regulator should be sufficient. You can even use a damage mod but if you use rail rifle you may not need it but an enhanced should serve you well.

shield regs are good if you have the fancy ones that take alot of time off your regen delay and you play to the advantage it gives.
ducking behind cover to recover quickly and keeping at range like a skirmisher.
if your low level in them armors fine until you finish your core skills.
core skills are the most important. they boost everything really.
Don't vote for iron wolf saber.
Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.

the assault can wait I just wanted a 2 types of fitting for my caladri suit one for tanking and the other one for regen
