Framerate improved which means less lag, which means putting bullets downrange is more effective. Welcome to 1.9.

It has long been the case that framerate issues make everything worse, including hit detection. If we have truly improved frame rate, then this may be the unintended consequence. A welcome consequence because AA can be tuned.

As far as unintended side-effects go this one is pretty cool.
I must go see if the HMG hit detection vs. Scouts has improved.
