Since warpoints per spawn are a thing now.

Same stats and fittings as the standard drop ships ( Myron and grimsnes ) but with integrated cru. Bonus is 10% reduction to spawn time per level and 10% max thrust ( Not max speed) per level or enough that they fly like assault drop ships at level 5.

No damage reduction to turrets or damage resistance either.

 I want my bumblebee back

To include this would not be difficult since all the assets exists, their repair tool should be eliminated since it was horribad anyways on a drop ship.

If anything they should be less maneuverable but more durable with bonuses to repair mods.

Honestly though, I don't want them back just yet. I'd rather see changes to RR mods from what we had pre-1.7, specifically making them turret based (and giving the LDS a nose hard point, though it can only fit RR turrets).

Another idea I had for LDSs is giving them a "bubble shield" active mod that severely reduces maneuverability, speed, and acceleration and unable to be shut off (lasting probably 30-45s with a long cool down) but is virtually impenetrable (except concentrated large rails or breach FGs). This will make RRing in combat more survivable as well as providing an opportunity to land and drop off troops in relative safety.

I like the spawn time bonus, though I'd rather see that be the mCRU skill instead.

What if the logi DS had no bonuses, just a built in mobile cru? .....and a cool paint job ofcorse

if you don't need to use a slot for mobile cru, then that means you have more flexibility. Want more HP? No problem. Want a bit more mobility? Afterburner it up! Want more fire power? Use the cpu/pg for stronger small turrets.

Simple solutions can sometimes work best.

I would agree to this only if we didnt have to skill anything to use it.

The problem of them having bonyses to repar modules is tgat they will have too much strength and the geberal public will ask for a nerf. Making them move slower initially but being able to increase their agility via sp, will make them worthwhile as a troop transport since it will help getting out of tough aituations and making troop extraction more viable

 No we don't need it.

Would be nice in some point in future though.

 But we don't need it.

It would be nice to have a troop transport ship though so people can stop whining about Assault vehicles being used for Assaulting.

there's so many ways that question can be answered.

 none of them good.

Most of them in clear violation of the ToS.

So I will simply say that some people cannot functionally comprehend different ideas.
