Lol, amarrians maybe have the best technology, the bigger amount of isk and the larger amount of places in Eve, but there are also many things that amarrians won't have for a long time and those are
1.- Any officer projectile weaponry, cus a real Minmatar owns them
2.-Heavy weapon maybe in 2 years
3.-A dust dooms day device, (remote explosive)
4.-Real grandes
5.-the 50%that we took from ur funny lands in Fw (also we are winning in Fw, lol)
6.-Smg
7.- The super duct tape that keeps us free from overheating.
Etc etc...
