Yes , yes , yes , I play Caldari at times and those three shield extenders with that delay is part of what's killing him in that delay penalty and I can't stress how important reactive plates are with the built in armor reps and a little cushion can be the difference between life to flee and fully rep and instant death .
I use scales as well for some extra buffer .
The best thing that you can do OP is figure out what's effective for you and not listen to these people who talk about Caldari's and dual tanking , your need buffer and sometimes that extra weight is what saves you from dying quickly but that penalty from multiple extenders can put you at a disadvantage without a regulator .
I think that they need to add more armor HP's to Caldari's because most of the time we only have one or two low slots and low armor HP's as well and something about that needs to change because their not fast and don't have that great of stamina or stamina regen and you won't get a extra slot in most cases until you reach proto and that could create some problems for those who don't have proto fit's and who are just starting out .
Breakin makes some good points though .

I wasn't trying to discredit you MOB , you made some good points as well , spot on infact and you thought about the fact that this person is obviously starting out and not telling them to use items that they just don't have , why talk about PRO like most do when giving advice , when he's stating the fits that he's using and is know that if he had it to run it wouldn't be an issue .
Your right about the SR and SP for that matter being shield eaters and like you and I agree , buffer is a must .
Sorry if you felt that I overlooked you , I didn't and for the most part I see you giving good advice when you chime in for the most part you are consistent in that regard .
