I know this might be met with mixed reactions, but with the demand for more BPOs or even the chance to repurchase existing ones such as the Mercenary/Veteran/Elite Packs, I think it would awesome if CCP gave us the chance to but all the Staff Recruiter BPOs as part of a bundle.
Now I know some people might complain but you have yo remember, most of these are militia BPOs with a slight damage increase, and another is an LAV and ADV Caldari C-II Dropsuit.
I think this pack would be great for new players as it offers a variety of militia BPOs which are about on par with their starter fits, but also provide veteran's and higher SP players with an UNIQUE Adv tier beta Dropsuit that I'm sure many players would love to own, if only for the nostalgia value. I think this bundle would be a great opportunity for CCP to launch some content that many would not be able to otherwise obtain, as the recruit programme is all but obsolete now as hardly anyone uses the recruitment links we provide.

Besides, they're militia items with like .3% improvement. We'll then you won't mind people buying them then if "they're militia items", after all, what threat would they pose compared to a standard suit. And as for these BPOs being "special", I have 3 if them and the only special thing about them is how unobtainable some of them are.
These Suits and BPOs shouldnt be any more special than the Quafe suit, which originally was a Proto Gallente Scout suit ONLY, but now we have over 12 BPO variations of this type of suit. So these Staff Recruiter BPOs should be made more available to everyone.

Master Recruiter C-II IS an ADV tier dropsuit. The Staff Recruiter C-I is a standard tier suit, the C-II was an ADV tier.

And I suppose you have managed to recruit 100 people to this game then. Face it, 100+ people is such an unreasonable and unobtainable number that CCP might as well made it 1,000,000 Autumn instead of a Dropsuit. You can't even have 100 freinds on PSN, so how could we possibly invite that many people to play DUST514, let alone encourage them to stay past the grindfest that they face as a new recruit.

After 1.9 that won't be a problem. Again, get out there and recruit. And how do you suppose of doing that. Buy a PS3 Capture card, and spend over a year building up a fanbase on YouTube to recruit people which would cost me more in time and money than it would to simply buy the BPOs as a bundle in the 1st place.

As far as I remember, it's 50 recruits, not 100.
50 recruits still strikes me as an unreasonable amount, only the most proactive and popular DUST514 Vloggers, which have a pretty niche and small fan base anyway, would struggle to encourage to attract that many recruits to this game.

At least dropouts...that's all i'm asking. All I know is the Master Recruiter C-II is an ADV BPO that has more shields but less armour than a standard Caldari assault suit now has. It was something like over 350 shield but only 76 armour. It's a true shield build suit.

Anything past 25 is unreasonable IMO, as well as unrealistic. It would take a heck of a long time just to hit that many people, so I think a reduction is the least CCP should do, and it'd be even better if we can buy them.

Different people support this game in different ways. I support this game financially. I can garauntee I've spent more on this game than 50 casual players who I've recruited ever will. I've spent nearly $600 on this game, so where is my reward for being a loyal and dedicated player.

What they need to do is buff the recruitment system, give it more incentive and make it easier for us to advertise this feature for our friends. Also give it two way rewards if you sign up with a recruitment link, maybe give the player joining from a friends recruitment links an extra sp booster. Short of implementing a referral system on all currently existing accounts that have reached and exceeded over 100,000WP, which will allow you to search for the name of the Mercenary that recruited you, and allow you to give credit (or be that award 1 credit) to them for their efforts in reffering you to Dust514, I really can't see there being much else that CCP can do for this recruitment system. I've invited loads of freinds to play this game who didn't know about or forgot to use the recruitment link i sent them, and I think it's unfair that there isn't a way for them to inform CCP that this individual encouraged me to try the game, and should be awarded one clone extra to their recruitment tally because they did indirectly recruit me to the game.

Some of them may spend money so that is good too and it increases the game numbers. More people = finding matches faster. more people = greater audience reach by word of mouth. Actually I can go on and on about advantages. Try and look at the big picture and not think of what you can get for yourself. Again thanks for supporting the game but I completely 100% disagree that players should be able to buy the recruitment rewards. They need to buff the system not dismantle it. Also your rewards should come from titles. I believe aurum purchases increases your title rank and ingame bonuses from that.
Title ranks are based on an XP awarded ranking, of which, total autumn bought and spent is counted is and contributes to the XP awarded and subsequent title awarded. There should be separate titles awarded for people who reach certain milestones or achieve certain feats in game just like in COD. Why should I be recognised by the same rank/title as someone who achieved the same rank simply by having a high WP or K/D. I want people to identify me by a rank that recognises my financial contribution to the game, such as Deep pockets, Oil Baron, Russian Billionaire Oligarch, Impulse Buyer, Poor Financial Manager,

Rewards should never be purchased. problem is, most peopel recruit when you already in game. some kinda system needs to be in place so you can be associated with a recruit. perhaps where the new player goes to char sheet and puts the recruit 'tag' in a 'referal code' section so mine is UHCR9V a new player i meet in local has just started, i tell him to goto char sheet and at teh bottom where it says 'Recruited by...' you put my 6 digit code in. when he/she relogs they'll receive the booster, bpos ect and they count towards your recruits. once a recruiter tag has been entered they can't enter another one.
That sounds like an OK idea, but CCP need to take note.
