Besides, they're militia items with like .3% improvement. We'll then you won't mind people buying them then if "they're militia items", after all, what threat would they pose compared to a standard suit. And as for these BPOs being "special", I have 3 if them and the only special thing about them is how unobtainable some of them are. These Suits and BPOs shouldnt be any more special than the Quafe suit, which originally was a Proto Gallente Scout suit ONLY, but now we have over 12 BPO variations of this type of suit. So these Staff Recruiter BPOs should be made more available to everyone. EDIT: The Master Recruiter Assault C-II is not an ADV Assault BPO. Master Recruiter C-II IS an ADV tier dropsuit. The Staff Recruiter C-I is a standard tier suit, the C-II was an ADV tier.
trust me, the C-II is a STD suit with slightly higher PG/CPU. there are NO advv or higher BPOs they're all STD or MLT.
as for selling the Recruti stuff just work hard to get isk and bribe people to use your recruit link for alts like everyone else is trying to. too me almost 18months and near 900m ISK to pay peopel to use my link for when they wanted an alt and tbh only the C-II is anything different
Never argue with an idiot. they bring you down to their level and beat you through experience

problem is, most peopel recruit when you already in game. some kinda system needs to be in place so you can be associated with a recruit. perhaps where the new player goes to char sheet and puts the recruit 'tag' in a 'referal code' section so mine is UHCR9V a new player i meet in local has just started, i tell him to goto char sheet and at teh bottom where it says 'Recruited by...' you put my 6 digit code in. when he/she relogs they'll receive the booster, bpos ect and they count towards your recruits. once a recruiter tag has been entered they can't enter another one.

And those recruiter BPO items are suppose to be for those who are good at recruiting and should be rewarded. Rewards should never be purchased. Different people support this game in different ways. I support this game financially. I can garauntee I've spent more on this game than 50 casual players who I've recruited ever will. I've spent nearly $600 on this game, so where is my reward for being a loyal and dedicated player. That doesn't change my mind at all. Rewards should never be bought. Otherwise they are no longer rewards and the incentive to recruit more players is destroyed because now you can just purchase your achievements online rather than work for them. Because of this, I will never support this idea. As for Immortal John Ripper, I agree with him entirely. The recruiting system just needs to be overhauled. We need a better and more efficient way of tracking the progress of players rather than just constantly messaging players on their status. We need a more efficient way of spreading the word and making it easier for new players to be able to get the recruitment links and use them. But it doesn't have to stop there. New players will need an incentive to keep on players. The SP system in 1.9 favors new players a lot but it can only go so far because the NPE system needs to have better tutorials so that new players can gain a better understanding of what to aim for (look at Eve Online's ISIS -- Interbus Ship Identification System). Considering that it's now more likely that we will be getting future patches in addition to hotfixes, this seems more possible now. If the above is implemented, then recruiting and tracking 50 players will become less of a chore and more of a fun experience. Which is another thing the recruiting system needs. Make it fun for new recruits and their recruiters.
for the NPE i've batted about the idea of sec status options fo rpub matches (limiting what gear canbe used based of sec system) or perhaps an Academy+ basically its a game mode that anyone can go into but you can only use MLT/STD gear. this allows vets to go in with new recruits without them coming up against so much proto stomping corps and it will lessen the harsh reality of proper pub matches til they get the hang of the game because as nice as the new match making is, it still throws you up against some high ranking players even as newer players.
hoenstly one of the most eyeopening experiences you can have as a vet is making a brand new character up (gallente is even worse) and running with a group of 5 friends also doing the same. the game as a new player just isn't fun. they die A LOT! and as much as we can say HTFU, someone isn't going to stick with a game they don't enjoy and they'll goto BF/Destiny/CoD and so our playerbase dwindles.

That seems to make sense. I like the idea of recruiting already-existing players. But there needs to be a certain limit. If the player you are looking to recruit happens to be over six months to a year old for some reason but the player doesn't know anything about how Dust works still, you shouldn't be able to recruit that player because he/she should've known by now how to play much of the game during the entire time unless he/she happens to be one of those players who just create an alt and put it on stasis while it matures in Lifetime SP. However, if the player is relatively new like probably less than a month old, then you should be able to recruit that player for obvious reasons.
yeah deffo, they have to be less than 30-60days old. plus it'd be a good way of enticing them into you rcorp too as they'd get teh 7day booster as well as the bpos
