Maybe it's just me, but it seems like no one actually spawns on them. Which is sad, because I would really like to have a relaxing match from time to time in which I do nothing but fly in my brand new flying fortress and just let the spawns, intel, and transport points roll in once 1.9 hits. lol

Mines manages to create plenty of clones when we're losing and are full of berries.
Can't wait for spawn points. |

Can't wait for spawn points. Yep.
Now if only most players knew how to fire a turret.

no one is spawning on them because of a bug where you can't see or spawn on MCRUs until you bleed out or are killed by an explosive. most people choose a different spawn before the bleed out. |

There is also the fact that spawing at a MCRU that is in a vehicle has the wonderful chance of putting you RIGHT in the middle of a firefight. At least with normal Spawn Pads, you can gauge where the enemy might be.

Alternatively, an eject button would be nice... ...real nice...

So they just spawn on some random uplink instead. I hope that bug gets fixed in 1.9 but im not getting my hopes up.

I think you have that backwards. Spawning in a DS can give you a decent idea of where you are. Tanks and such are a different matter, but only losers put MCRUs on anything other than a dropship.

Well that's lame. Reds need to learn to cap bodies.

You should put a mobile clone reanimation unit on a tank with no additional turrets, and have it deployed in factional warfare, and then let someone else drive it. They will end up road killing so many people on your team. I have done this.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

I would get so good at using the dropships inertia to fling blueberries onto targets
...though i can't deny that i would occasionally launch stubborn passengers who never jump out after spawning in off the cliff in Border Gulch |

From my knowledge drop uplinks give 25 points per spawn and the mcru gives me 50 so i think the bleedout thing might be intended |

If you want a slow match get yourself a DS with a MRCU, the other day I got a total of 18wp in a skirmish for a transport assist |

So waiting for people to bleed out sounds like a bad thing. But would indeed explain why I got only a few spawns during an entire match since most probably were not waiting to bleed out.
Hope it gets fixed. Who wouldn't want to fall 500m to get into combat!?

- Select a Spawn Point
- Cancel that Spawn
- Mobile CRU will now be available

I will never spawn on tank mCRUs in FW, you get crushed, very painful... and sometimes expensive.
