With a high ranking and a booster or two you can pull in anywhere from 20-30 proto weapons per match.
Here's an example with KRR
Value of Resell at 50%
47,220 / 2 = 23,610
Subtract the cost of LP KRR
23,610-7,083= $16,527 of profit per KRR and I didn't do the numbers for the Assault version but it's worth around 30,000 more in the store and costs only 4,000 more for the LP variant which should profit around 11,000 more per weapon for the mere cost of 20 LP more than the standard version.
So that's somewhere around 27,000 per weapon for every Assault KRR you resell.
Basically if you work it the right way you won't really have to play pubs anymore, except for when you can't find a factional battle. :)
Edit: Forgot to mention you'll have to buy the holograph chick. i thought they were re-adjusted to 20% of the market value when selling to npc. 20% basic level for everyone. Get up your loyalty / merc rank and you can boost that to 35%, then add on the market vendor hologram and you boost that up further to 50%
Dev Blog wrote:The base vendor price will be 20% of the market price. Loyalty Ranks will, however, give bonuses to the vendor price up to another 15%, to a total of 35%. The Market Agent, which is a new feature under Services in the Marketplace, will grant another 15% if bought for AUR, allowing a maximum Vendor Price of 50% of market price. According to this screenshot from the Dev Blog, Loyalty Rank 5 does not boost your Vendor Price. Further ranks might, but a quick search on the forums does not show any Devs outlining each specific rank bonuses. All we have is a screenshot and even then, those rank 5 bonuses may change.
So before you pull hypothetical numbers and start placing them on the spreadsheet and start wild baseless theories, it would be best to state the facts first: 1) Base vendor price: 20% of original market value 2) Sexy vendor hologram: 35% of original market value 3) Base AUR vendor price: 35% of original market value 4) AUR vendor price with hologram: 50% of original value 5) LP items can be sold, but Rattati did not specify the price 6) Loyalty Ranks may modify vendor prices further but it is currently unknown as to what the specific values are.
If we really want to continue, let me break out my abacus and tell you how much I'm selling these bridges from London for...

So long as you pull a profit on LP, and sell the salvage for ISK, you could actually run FW constantly at a PROFIT. Provided that you win. You don't get LP for losing, but you still get salvage. If it goes well, I might just try and get a Minmatar Milita going. Only faction without a good FW channel. ??? You get LP for winning losing, just not standings. FTFY.
