1. Quafe has been released in Assault, Scout and Sentinal so far, Logi i expect will happen and possibly Commando aswell because it finishes the set
2. When will Templar Scout be released?
2a. I feel it should be released since Quafe now has a BPO scout for all races and Templar came out well before Quafe scouts
2b. Templar set is unfinshed with the Scout and Commando missing
2c. Essentially it should be free to those who already have the Templar set
2d. You could always release it for AUR later on to the rest of the community who do not have the Templar set from the second edition box
3. Other races
3a. You could also make a unique set for the Caldari/Gallente and Minmatar factions |

It clearly states on the collectors edition that the templar set is "Exclusive". I purchase stuff for that exclusivity. If they just release it for AUR, then that makes everyone that got the collectors edition annoyed. Even more annoyed than the price drop a few months later.
1. In this day and age Exclusive can be as simple as getting it 1st for a period of time before its availible to everyone
2. I dont see how it would annoy as such if it means you get a Templar scout and commando |

Oh wait, you say that the Templar set should be AUR-purchasable? Yeah, no. It says that it's exclusive- IE, you only get it if you buy this particular thing- to the 2nd Decade Collector's Edition. It should absolutely stay that way, and I would seriously consider petitioning CCP to partially refund the cost of the 2nd Decade CE if they did that.

1a. I said 'could' that means its an option open to CCP

Now, AUR-purchasable for those who have activated the codes, that's another matter....
1. The Templar scout and commando should be free to all those who currently have the unfinshed Templar Set
2. I wonder if we could have an Amarr Templar BPO LAV? |
