Everything in core is maxed out but lolMelee and shield recharging/energizers. Three weapons, two sidearms, and four suits -- I'm more "deep" than "wide" in these skills. 55m SP here.

If you max out every skill in a weapon at 5, even optimization, you can get a special attachment to that weapon. The Plasma Rifle Comes with a Undermount Plasma Launcher, that works much like a standard Grenade launcher. CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.
